Sometimes life just seems 'blah'. There are times when I feel like I'm not going anywhere esp. in regards to my spiritual life. However, today is always a great reminder to me that sometimes that is okay. Sometimes it is okay to not feel like any progress is being made; it is enough to just make it through that day, that moment and let God worry about the rest. Worrying about things beyond my control won't get me anywhere but trusting in God always will. This Lent was a difficult one, actually who am I kidding? The past 9 months have been quite difficult, at times extremely difficult. At times, I have wondered where God is in my life. However, the reality is that God is always there and I am slowly learning that there is joy in the cross. Regardless, I am ready for Easter in my life. Ready for a rebirth of hope. Ready for something new.
