Re-Living the Glory Days
So, it all started as I was riding in the car today. The Green Day song (not sure the name but the lyrics are all Philo...) came on and I thought about high school, specifically my friends and how we don't keep in touch really well anymore (some better than others...) I think the very idea of keeping in close contact with more than one or two people is entirely overwhelming for most of us and so it just doesn't happen. I had considered starting a blog a few years ago but never really did anything with it and so have decided to bite the bullet and give it a whirl now. I know most of us are in very different situations but I still think it would be awesome to have somewhere to put interesting tidbits about our lives or just general announcements about stuff we are doing. And frankly, I currently have too much time on my hands... but that's another story. ;) Anyway, I hope nobody thinks I am just trying to live in the past; rather I hope to rekindle friendships that survived... well a lot! Let me know what you all think!

Hey Ashley,
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea, believe it or not I had forgotten about Philo, his cane, the songs that we would preform for you on your birthday and everything. That brought back a lot of good memories, "another turning point a fork stuck in the meat...".
So just to let you all know Lindsey and I are selling our house in Denver(Centennial) and moving back to the North East, hopefully by the summer time. If you want to check out our house here is a link http://www.obeo.com/592049.
Wow, that is wicked exciting about you and Lindsey moving back to the East Coast. Where are you guys hoping for? Your house looks wicked awesome by the way, I'm totally impressed! Feel free to actually write posts by the way. Anything is cool.
